- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles
- Internship or volunteer experience in a customer-facing role can also be valuable
- Understanding of customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues via phone, email, or chat
- Active listening and ability to empathize with customers
- Capable of explaining solutions in simple, non-technical terms
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, internet, MS Office or Google Workspace)
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Teamwork and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Willing to work at Kapitolyo, Paig City
- Can start ASAP
