Role Overview

Be the voice of our International Remittance Account

assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth money service experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative in an international account
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the Money Service is an advantage
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends
  • Amenable to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig
