We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our onsite team in Bridgetowne Pasig. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates, career shifters, or anyone looking to start a stable job in a professional environment. No experience required — we'll train you.

Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat

-Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone

-Accurately log all customer interactions

-Follow up to ensure full resolution of issues

Qualifications:

-Good English communication skills

-Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne Pasig

-Amenable to shifting schedules

-Can start as soon as possible

-With or without prior BPO experience
