We're looking for a Marketing Manager in the Philippines to join our lean but ambitious team. This role is central to driving the online presence and brand growth of our restaurants while shaping menu promotions and offerings that keep customers excited and engaged.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Cheerly-owned restaurants.
  • Manage content calendars across Instagram and Facebook through Meta Business Suite.
  • Coordinate with designers/photographers (or create content yourself) to deliver engaging food visuals, short videos, and graphics.
  • Run targeted paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Create menu promotions, seasonal offerings, and campaigns that keep our concepts fresh and fun.
  • Track marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer engagement reports.
  • Work closely with the US-based team to align promotions, new menu rollouts, and community campaigns.
  • Support branding initiatives: packaging, menus, in-store visuals, and campaign ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand marketing.
  • Strong skills in content creation, Canva/Adobe tools, and basic video editing.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • A creative thinker who can design compelling campaigns and make local brands feel fresh, fun, and community-driven.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
