We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Jr. Operations Manager to manage the Lemon Square Bakery Treats retail stores and operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team.

To ensure success as an Junior Operations Manager, you should exhibit demonstrable managerial competency, proficiency in data analysis, and excellent communication skills. Operation Managers are natural leaders with excellent business management and analysis skills and a passion for customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or any Business related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Junior Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager
• Heavy on Data Analysis and operations management such as managing/dealing with retail processes and demands.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Knowledge of how to extract useful information from data and taking decisions based on data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
• Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes
• Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
• Serve as the primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooring
• Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Proficiently analyze operations and sales data.
