KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all product developments align with the overall brand strategy, messaging, and identity.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer trends, brand perception, and competitive positioning to inform product development.

Concept Development: Lead the conceptualization and ideation of new products, ensuring they embody the brand's values and resonate with target audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding across all product touchpoints, from packaging to promotional materials.

Brand Guidelines Implementation: Develop and enforce branding guidelines within product development processes to maintain consistency in branding across products.

Consumer Insights Integration: Use consumer insights and feedback to refine product features, design, and positioning to enhance brand appeal and market success.

Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement testing protocols to ensure products not only meet functional requirements but also adhere to brand quality standards.

Product Positioning and Messaging: Define product positioning and messaging strategies in collaboration with marketing to create effective launch campaigns.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance, brand impact, and consumer feedback post-launch, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance brand perception.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding branding-related aspects of product development, providing updates and insights.

Job Type: Full-time
