MEDVA is hiring a strategic and creative Sourcing & Content Manager to lead applicant generation across our core healthcare and virtual support roles.

This fully remote role blends the precision of sourcing with the storytelling power of digital content creation. You'll build targeted outreach campaigns, craft compelling visuals and taglines, and ensure MEDVA attracts high-quality candidates through data-driven outreach and engaging content.

What You'll Do

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sourcing plans using job boards, social platforms, and niche communities
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with MEDVA's core roles and client demand
  • Partner with recruiters to refine targeting criteria and understand role nuances
  • Track sourcing performance and iterate based on conversion metrics

Content Creation & Campaigns

  • Translate sourcing goals into digital content: taglines, visuals, and short-form copy
  • Create branded assets for job ads, outreach messages, and social media posts
  • Collaborate with design and recruitment teams to align tone, audience, and platform
  • Use Canva, Figma, or similar tools to produce clean, engaging visuals that convey urgency and role value

Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance across platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, job boards)
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve click-through and apply rates
  • Report weekly or monthly on applicant traffic, conversion, and sourcing ROI

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in sourcing, recruitment marketing, or digital content creation
  • Fluent in social media platforms and online sourcing tools
  • Strong writing skills—able to craft concise, high-impact messaging
  • Experience with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche boards)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment workflows
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign metrics and adjust strategy
  • Bonus: Experience sourcing for healthcare, tech, or remote support roles
