Sourcing (Marketing) Specialist Hybrid work as needed by the business – Metro Manila, Philippines TTEC – Award‑winning customer experience company What You’ll Do Execute strategic and day‑to‑day recruitment marketing activities. Analyze market and target demographics for sourcing sites. Create and implement sourcing plans, employee referral programs, and employee engagement events. Devise out‑of‑the‑box referral promos and innovate referral processes. Adapt sourcing plans and engage new channels to meet changing client requirements. Assist in general & administrative sourcing in support of TTEC’s business units. Report to the Supervisor of Talent Attraction and contribute to the Talent Acquisition team’s success. Typical Day Create comprehensive sourcing plans to support recruiting goals in assigned geography. Analyze reports to track effectiveness of sourcing channels and recommend improvements. Develop sourcing initiatives, recommend innovative ad campaigns, and partner with creative resources. Act as project manager for collateral creation, setting deadlines and approving concepts. Improve key success metrics: conversion rate, cost‑per‑hire, time‑to‑fill, client satisfaction. Work with corporate support teams and vendors to ensure campaigns resonate locally. Establish the employee referral program as the primary source for new candidates. What You Bring To The Role Comfortable in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. 6 months‑to‑1 year of sourcing experience (recruitment background not required). Bachelor’s degree.
