Job Description

As an Assistant Producer, you will support the Producer in managing and executing a wide range of creative and production-related tasks. You will help oversee project workflows, coordinate with teams, and ensure all deliverables meet our quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Producer in planning, organizing, and executing production activities
  • Coordinating with designers, animators, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Tracking project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
  • Preparing production documents, reports, and administrative materials
  • Supporting budgeting activities, including expense tracking and report preparation
  • Participating in meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Assisting in reviewing and ensuring the quality of production outputs
  • Handling other tasks assigned by the Producer or management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, Advertising, or any related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in production or project coordination (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
