Core Responsibilities
  • Take charge of resolving advanced technical escalations from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, ensuring swift and effective outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain servers, network systems, DNS, and cloud environments (Intune, Azure, AVD) to support secure and stable IT operations.
  • Configure, diagnose, and oversee firewalls, switches, and other essential network infrastructure.
  • Deliver strategic technical insights to leadership and clients, aligning IT solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Guide and support junior technicians, fostering teamwork and continuous skill development.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through proactive issue management and clear, professional communication.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.
  • Deep expertise in server administration, DNS management, and cloud platforms including Active Directory, Intune, Azure, and AVD.
  • Strong track record in resolving complex server and network issues, including RAID configurations.
  • Proficient in setting up and managing firewalls, switches, and other networking equipment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on client service and team collaboration.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure, prioritize critical tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
