What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
  2. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, and maintain strong internal controls
  3. Manage the Accounting team, providing leadership and guidance to drive efficiency and accuracy
  4. Advise the senior leadership on financial risks, opportunities and strategic decisions
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  6. Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years' experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing organisation
  2. Strong technical expertise in financial management, reporting and analysis
  3. Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
  6. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
  7. Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field
