Position Overview

Clarvida is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead our end-to-end digital strategy across paid media, SEO, email marketing, website performance, and analytics. Based in Clarvida Manila, this senior leadership role will oversee a high-impact team focused on driving awareness, leads, applications, and conversions across our digital ecosystem—with an emphasis on recruitment, foster care marketing, client referrals, and reputation management.

In this role, you will align paid digital strategy with business objectives, optimize conversion paths, generate actionable insights, and enhance performance across platforms. You'll also lead the execution of campaigns that support hiring, growth, and engagement in close partnership with our U.S.-based marketing and recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize Clarvida's digital marketing channels, including paid search, display, retargeting, paid social, SEO, and email campaigns
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, including the Website Developer, Social Media & Community Manager, Data Analyst, Digital Marketing Specialist, and potentially a Project Manager
  • Oversee performance of and recruitment landing pages, ensuring high-converting experiences for target audiences
  • Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns to recruit employees, foster parents, and referral partners across the U.S.
  • Guide SEM and SEO strategy to improve keyword rankings, drive traffic, and reduce cost-per-conversion
  • Manage CRM/ATS integrations and email marketing initiatives (e.g., drip campaigns, nurture flows)
  • Use tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Jobvite, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush to monitor and optimize channel performance
  • Interpret data, lead reporting, and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment marketing ROI, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost-per-hire
  • Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and strategy teams to design and execute campaigns
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities to scale and optimize our digital-first approach

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership across multiple channels
  • Expertise in SEM, SEO, paid social, website management, and digital funnel optimization
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, Indeed Analytics, Jobvite, and CRMs
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
  • Bonus: Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or community service sectors
  • Bonus: Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php190, Php230,000.00 per month
