About the role

We are seeking a talented Credit Investigator/Appraiser and Marketing Assistant to join our team at League One Finance and Leasing Corporation in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our credit and marketing functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepares timely and ensure completeness of Credit Investigation and Appraisal Reports submitted
  • Prepares Credit Investigation reports, trade checking and SEC online verification.
  • Handles administrative function such as filing of reports, monitoring of request and other related assignments.
  • Conducts credit investigation with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Collects relevant information from reliable sources to determine credit worthiness of the borrower.
  • Perform neighborhood checking and other types of interview directly or indirectly associate to the client and prepares required reports.
  • Performs business or employment verification on consumer and retail accounts.
  • Performs value appraisal of equipment, vehicle and real and other properties needing in coming up with the client's loanable value.
  • Conducts ocular inspection of equipment for lease or mortgaged account or for vehicles acquired from auction companies.
  • Initiates account solicitation efforts and strengthens customer relationship with existing clients thru calls and visitations.
  • Conducts regular survey on the market such as prevailing lending rates and products of competitors, incentives for dealers and salesmen, new products and other factors related to the changing market situation and evolving trends.
  • Performs all other related functions from time to time.

What we're looking for

  • Preferably with experience in Leasing/Banking Institution
  • Strong understanding of credit policies, lending practices and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in conducting due diligence, asset appraisals and risk evaluations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and provide recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related field
