About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Associate who will be responsible for generating new accounts, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the branch in hitting its sales targets. This role is field-based and requires proactive client engagement and effective sales execution.

What You'll Do

  • Promote loan products and services to potential clients, agents, and dealers.
  • Conduct client visits to establish and sustain strong business relationships.
  • Achieve monthly booking and sales targets set by the branch.
  • Assist in sales campaigns, promotions, and branch marketing activities.
  • Submit timely and accurate sales reports and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the Branch Manager.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education: Senior High Graduate or College Graduate in Business, Marketing, Financial Management, or related courses.
  • Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in sales or related roles (e.g., affiliate marketing, merchandising, product promotion, or field selling).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel across assigned areas

  • Tuguegarao City 3500 P02: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
