Your Role

As a
Senior Accountant – APAC
, you will:

  • Lead Financial Closings
    – Own the month-end and year-end close process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and no surprises.
  • Deliver Insightful Reporting
    – Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses that empower leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure Compliance & Governance
    – Manage audits, statutory reporting, and tax compliance in partnership with local consultants.
  • Drive Improvements
    – Identify opportunities for automation, ERP enhancements, and process efficiencies.
  • Partner & Mentor
    – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and build strong working relationships across the region.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience
    , with at least 2 years in a senior role (APAC/multinational exposure ideal).
  • Strong expertise in
    financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, and tax compliance
    .
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, LOOKUPs, complex formulas).
