Job Description
As a Senior Admin Assistant you will provide administrative and operational supporter to 2 partners within Albury BA division in addition to supporting the operation of the division
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off
Work Setup: 1 month onsite at SM Mega Tower, then Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH

The Qualifications We Seek
Education Requirement
- Certificate in Business Administration (Essential)
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level
Your Daily Tasks
- Managing diaries, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and sending invitations
- Handling email correspondence, including sorting Partner emails, taking action where required, and coordinating responses
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Partner
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for the Partner
- Maintaining and updating the Partner's CRM system
- Collating and formatting information for tenders and proposals in accordance with national standards
- Supporting client onboarding and relationship management for the Partner
- Performing general administrative tasks, including scanning and filing documents
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Providing backup support for office reception duties when needed
