Corporate Title: Team Head - CollectionsWork Arrangement: OnsiteOur Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Mandaluyong City, & Makati City in the role of Team Head Collections. Responsibilities:Manage the performance and target attainment of collections officers, specialists, or associates. Ensure cost-effectiveness and productivity of in-house or external collections agencies, achieving budgeted flow rates and outflows by building stable teams.

Establish professional engagement with agency owners, providing strategic directions to meet common goals and objectives. Offer coaching and feedback to in-house or agency personnel. Conduct training needs analysis and provide necessary training to address key opportunities.

Qualifications:Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree. Possess at least 3 years of working experience in Collections, specifically in the role of Agency Coordinator/Repossessor. Have at least one (1) year of collections experience in a supervisory capacity.

Demonstrate at least five (5) years of overall collections experience. Include at least one (1) year of client management experience. Demonstrate detailed, results-oriented, and self-motivated qualities with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, supported by collections-related work experience, as an advantage.
