The role ensures smooth pre-production, seamless event execution, and efficient post-event servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages execution of below-the-line projects: event productions, brand activations, and promotions from planning to execution
  • Oversees production team, project timelines, budgets, and coordination with suppliers and talents
  • Ensures smooth pre-production planning, on-site event execution, and post-event servicing
  • Troubleshoots issues during production and maintains high-quality standards across all deliverables
  • Collaborates closely with accounts and creative teams to ensure feasibility and accurate execution of concepts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate; courses related to Events, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, or Business preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • At least 2 years of experience in event production or a related field
