Regular:

1. Organize and conduct Strategic Sourcing Option (SSO) aligned with the Purchasing's goal of having all locally-sourced commodity contracted for both goods and services. 2. Implements supply risk mitigation through Product/Market Analysis and Product substitution for locally-sourced commodities. 3. Drive the realization of savings, supply efficiency, quality, and process improvements in the Department 4. Implements supplier relations plans and programs and ensure that benefits reporting schedules were met. 5. Provides commercial support to the plant for all sourced CAPEX and imported purchases, ensuring that quality, total cost of ownership and target for all procured capital equipment, imported items and contract services are achieved. 6. Initiates contract preparation and leads the implementation of contract management. 7. Liaise with brokers/forwarders for imported deliveries and serve as single point of contact for such transactions. 8. Establishing pricing and performance standards through contracts with suppliers. 9. Leads vendor accreditation and vendor segmentation process.

10. Coordinates with Finance & Accounting Department on requested logistical requirements for payment.

  1. Checks shipping documents to ensure that they are in order and coordinates with the corresponding suppliers regarding corrections and changes.

  2. Prepares business correspondence and reports

  3. Reports any variance for any SOP's

Occasional:

  1. Visits customs brokers regarding deliveries and for the inspection and accreditation of brokers

  2. Sets up a procedure for logistics, importation, etc.

  3. Attends to development seminars on purchasing strategies

  4. Attends to product presentation

  5. Prepares other memoranda as requested by the superior

  6. Attends coordination meeting with the different departments

  7. Participates in all company activities and programs.

  8. Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
