We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital product sales funnel through ad testing, content creation, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Run A/B split tests on ads to identify top performers across the funnel
  • Analyze ad performance data and scale winning campaigns with the help of the media buyer
  • Create detailed creative briefs for videographers based on best-performing ads
  • Manage the content recreation system by replicating successful ad formats
  • Coordinate with editors and manage production for video content
  • Utilize AI avatar tools to produce additional ad variations
  • Monitor funnel metrics and conversion rates at each stage
  • Implement systematic testing frameworks to continuously improve performance

Requirements:

  • Experience managing sales funnels
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
  • Familiarity with split testing methodologies and ad platforms
  • Experience creating creative briefs and directing content production
  • Knowledge of AI avatar tools (Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple content creators and timelines
  • Understanding of direct response marketing and conversion optimization

Deliverables:

  • Ongoing split tests with performance reports
  • Creative briefs for new ad variations
  • Coordinated content production pipeline
  • Regular funnel optimization recommendations and implementation

This is an ongoing position requiring strong project management and data-driven decision making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
