About the role

Kaiser Medical Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Bus Driver to join our team at Makati City Metro Manila. As a full-time Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients, visitors, and staff to and from our healthcare facility. This is an essential role that plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operations of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate and maneuver a passenger bus to transport individuals to and from the Kaiser Medical Center
  2. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of passengers
  3. Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the bus
  4. Assist passengers, especially those with special needs, with boarding and disembarking the vehicle
  5. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and medical staff to coordinate transportation needs
  6. Record trip details, mileage, and any incidents or issues that occur during the journey
  7. Participate in regular training to enhance your driving skills and knowledge of safety procedures

What we're looking for

  1. A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of experience driving passenger vehicles
  2. Strong knowledge of traffic rules, regulations, and safety protocols
  3. Excellent defensive driving skills and the ability to maneuver large vehicles in various conditions
  4. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to assist passengers with empathy and care
  5. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  6. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
