Main Role:

As our Interior Design Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting new customers and boosting sales by delivering expert design guidance and tailored solutions that align with each client's unique style and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Expert Interior Design Consultation

  • Leverage professional design expertise to inspire customers in reimagining their living spaces.
  • Curate furniture, home décor, and accessories that reflect each client's personal style, functionality requirements, and lifestyle needs.
  • Offer tailored recommendations that align with Crate & Barrel's signature aesthetic and timeless design philosophy.

Drive Client Acquisition & Business Growth

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
  • Deliver exceptional, "WOW" service from the very first interaction through to post-purchase support.
  • Prepare accurate, detail-oriented design proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and customers to strengthen trust and foster long-term loyalty.

Cultivate & Maintain Strong Customer Relationships

  • Serve as a trusted design partner by keeping clients informed about new arrivals, exclusive collections, and ongoing promotions.
  • Maintain regular and professional communication through calls, emails, and in-store consultations.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to walk-in clients, ensuring an elevated shopping and design experience.

Achieve & Exceed Sales Performance Goals

  • Strategically track and analyze individual sales results to maximize performance.
  • Consistently meet or surpass sales targets through consultative selling and exceptional client engagement.

Contribute to the overall growth of the store by converting design consultations into successful sales.
