What You'll Do

As our Site Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our projects, combining technical expertise with strong leadership and communication.

  • Ensure Compliance and Safety:
    You'll maintain strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards, making sure our projects are always safe and compliant.
  • Plan and Estimate Projects:
    You'll compile detailed estimates for technical and material needs, and determine operational costs for project development.
  • Optimize and Innovate:
    You'll evaluate current operations and processes, suggest improvements to enhance performance and efficiency, and then implement those changes in designs and processes.
  • Technical Design and Integrity:
    You'll test material and structural integrity, create graphical representations of proposed solutions, and incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans.
  • Communicate and Report:
    You'll prepare compelling proposal documents and presentations, and compile and present clear reports explaining project details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead and Monitor:
    You'll monitor project progress, ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and direct engineering activities, including assigning tasks, providing training, and offering support.
  • Manage and Document:
    You'll create and adjust work schedules to meet project deadlines and maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
  • Collaborate Strategically:
    You'll work closely with management to ensure all engineering activities align with our desired business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We need a proactive and skilled engineer who is ready to take on exciting challenges.

  • Educational Background:
    A
    graduate of Civil Engineering
    . A
    license is a plus
  • Experience:
    At least
    1-2 years of working experience
    in a related field is required.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    is a must.
  • Language Proficiency:
    You should be proficient in both
    English and Filipino
    .
