Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving group sales revenue, expanding client relationships, and achieving business growth targets. The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing large accounts and corporate group sales across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve group sales targets and revenue growth.

  2. Lead, motivate, and manage the group sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.

  3. Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients and group accounts through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.

  4. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction.

  5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored proposals, packages, and promotional activities for group clients.

  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

  7. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

  8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  9. Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team.

  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably aged between 30 to early 40s.

  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role, with a strong record in achieving sales targets and building sales teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Architecture, or any related field is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
