Pasig Central Post Office, Philippines Comrise Full time ₱25,000 - ₱33,000 per year

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support patients by answering inquiries, resolving billing issues, and collecting self-pay balances over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient calls regarding billing, claims, and payments
  • Process credit card payments and resolve account balances
  • Navigate systems such as GE Centricity and Epic
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance while handling patient data
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and professionalism on every call

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hospital or physician billing
  • Strong communication and MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with ICD-9/10, CPT, HCPC codes, and claim forms
  • Ability to remain calm during challenging calls
  • Willingness to work onsite and during night shifts

Preferred:

  • Experience with GE Centricity or EPIC PB
  • CAN START ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php33,000.00 per month
