The Office Staff is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Office Staff is expected to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists and databases
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and document management
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors

QUALIFICATION:

  • College graduate of any related courses.
  • Extensive experience in the relevant field is a MUST.
  • Residing near Mandaluyong.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Computer techy (if applicable with the position applying for).
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can start ASAP

DEPLOYMENT:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
