Logistics Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of all products and materials to all Bebang Halo Halo stores, while also managing and minimizing delivery expenses.
• Ensures that all deliveries will be handed over to the intended recipient or Bebang Halo Halo stores.
• Securing the quality and quantity against delivery documents.
• In charge of retrieving products and materials for pullout from the Bebang Halo Halo stores and ensuring the safe and accurate endorsement to the warehouse.
• Design and implementation of successful routing solutions based on best practices and processes.
• Evaluate and resolve logistics operations-related issues in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager and other concerned work groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all stocks and items dispatched are in good condition and will not be damaged during transit.
• Ensure that all delivery items and documents are properly handled and completely endorsed to the corresponding Bebang Halo Halo stores and warehouse-assigned personnel.
• Increase awareness of safety procedures to achieve zero lost time accidents.
• Ensure that all possible product returns will be handled properly.
• Facilitate checking the accuracy of the items and documents before loading in coordination with the warehouse specialist, thus ensuring an appropriate loading arrangement of items inside the delivery truck to keep it in good condition.
• Monitors, checks, and counts deliveries into stores while securing an accomplished delivery document.
• Ensure the safety and security of the items during in transit/delivery, properly safeguarding the delivery truck.
• Observance and awareness of a safety and security mindset and exhibit vigilance and alertness at all times.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the delivery truck and warehouse.
• Manage the GPS System to monitor fleets that are in transit to keep an updated status of delivery.
• Secure the awareness of the logistics staff in proper materials handling to guarantee the good condition of the items from dispatching, in transit, and up to delivery to the recipient.
• Responsible in providing and strictly implementing safety procedures for the logistics staff or assistant to have a healthful work environment in performing their job in a safe manner and achieving a zero lost time accident.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• with at least 3 years of experience in Logistics Operations preferably from a Food and Beverage industry
• Candidate must be willing to work fully on-site from Monday to Saturday in Shaw Boulevard
• Previous leadership role experience is a plus

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
