Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and have proven leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environments. This role is responsible for supervising staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily operational goals.
• Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular audits and collaboration with procurement teams.
• Monitor warehouse workflows and suggest process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA).
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software to manage stock and order processing.
• Prepare and analyze reports on stock levels, order status, staff performance, and operational KPIs.
• Resolve warehouse-related issues, including delays, staff concerns, and customer complaints.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse and supply chain functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• 3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficient in warehouse systems, MS Office, and inventory control tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment; standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• May require extended hours, weekends, or holidays depending on operational demands.
• Use of PPE (personal protective equipment) is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shaw Boulevard: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
