Job Summary
The
Material Management Staff
is responsible for supporting the efficient handling, monitoring, and documentation of materials within our operations. The role involves coordinating material requests, overseeing inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all materials are accurately tracked and available to support business operations.
- Monitor, record, and update material inventories.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure the timely availability of required materials.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase requests, material requisitions, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for material and inventory records.
- Support audits and compliance requirements in line with company standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of material management procedures to improve efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- With at least 1 year of professional experience in material management, procurement, warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of standard inventory management practices and systems.
- This is a project-based role.
- Preferably with a professional driver's license with restriction codes 1 and 2.
