We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our grocery/retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to improve overall store efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can handle pressure, drive results, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to meet performance standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and reduce wastage
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to meet targets
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and operational performance
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
  • Foster a positive work environment and support long-term staff development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field (preferred but not required if with relevant experience)
  • At least _ of supervisory or managerial experience in grocery, retail, or distribution industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge in inventory management, sales strategies, and store operations
  • Computer literate (MS Office and POS systems)
  • Trustworthy, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to commit long-term and preferably residing near store location
