Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a college graduate of any course.

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a Call Center/BPO industry - Global Customer Support.

  • Sound knowledge and decision making in meeting KPIs and SLAs - RCA, NPS, CSAT, AHT, etc.

  • Extensive Leadership Experience - Proven track record of successfully managing a team and meeting targets.

  • Able to demonstrate extensive business acumen. Driving business to success by meeting requirements and adhering to company policies.

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

Job Description:

  • As a Quality Manager, you are responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis. You will be the contact point for all team members, act proactively to ensure smooth team operations, effective collaboration, and make sure that the quality process is on track.
