Overview

We are looking for a Panel Assistant to support market research activities. This role involves assisting survey participants, answering questions during surveys, and ensuring smooth data collection.

What You'll Do

  • Assist survey takers in completing questionnaires
  • Provide clarification and guidance to respondents during data collection
  • Support survey operations, including documentation and coordination
  • Help maintain survey quality and accuracy

What You'll Bring

  • College graduate, preferably in Business Management, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Open to fresh graduates; prior survey or market research assistance experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse groups
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative

Benefits:
