Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 10175), and global frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts from SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems.
  • Lead incident response activities — detection, containment, recovery, and post-incident reporting.
  • Oversee patch management, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Manage IAM, MFA, and privileged account security.
  • Conduct security awareness training and phishing simulations for employees.
  • Report on cybersecurity posture, risks, and incidents to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or IT-related field (Master's or certifications preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related roles.
  • Experience in vulnerability remediation, DevOps, and systems administration (Windows/Linux).
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and endpoint protection.
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • In-depth understanding of Philippine Cybersecurity and Data Privacy laws.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISA, CCSP.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and incident management skills.
  • Ethical, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
