Hands-on experience and strong expertise with the following IAM aspects using Entra ID:

  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain robust IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access to organizational resources.
  • Manage and optimize MFA systems to strengthen authentication processes and protect against unauthorized access.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with security best practices and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for all IAM and MFA-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate new applications and services with existing IAM infrastructure.
  • Participate in security audits and assessments, providing necessary documentation and implementing corrective actions as required.
  • Stay current with emerging IAM technologies, threats, and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to our security landscape.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the IAM Tower.
  • Automate IAM processes that are feasible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Solid understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA), access management (authentication & authorization), privileged access management (PAM), and directory services concepts.
