Position Summary:

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to provide support through chat, email, and written channels. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth service experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email in a clear, professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account concerns
  • Process and resolve customer issues following company guidelines
  • Escalate cases that require additional support
  • Record all interactions accurately and maintain proper documentation
  • Meet quality, productivity, and response time standards
  • Follow all data privacy, security, and company policies

Qualifications:
  • Open to all educational backgrounds
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
  • Experience in chat or email support is an advantage but not required
