Reporting: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

About the role

Golden Richland Farm Corporation is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable to join our Accounting and Finance Department team in San Mateo, Isabela. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the company's accounts receivable processes. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining our financial records and supporting the company's accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Invoicing customers and clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments
  • Reconciling accounts and resolving billing discrepancies
  • Generating reports on accounts receivable and cash flow
  • Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls

What we're looking for

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices, with at least 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable or a similar finance role
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
