We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Officer (Local) to support our land and project acquisition efforts. This role involves end-to-end management of business development initiatives, from gathering critical information to overseeing project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and verify information on potential lots/projects.
  • Prepare and complete all legal documents required for land acquisition, project acquisition, and business negotiations.
  • Oversee project development by ensuring pre-project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with agreed objectives, timelines, and parameters.
  • Evaluate completed projects to ensure compliance with standards and expected outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course; BS Accountancy preferred.
  • CPA license is an advantage.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in Project Development, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong background in Business Development, Finance, or Project Development with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Location: Cebu City, Cebu

Work Setup: Day shift/Onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
