About the role

LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' is seeking a talented and driven Corporate Management Trainee to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment and develop the skills needed to progress into a management position.

What you'll be doing

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to gain exposure to various departments and functions within the organization
  • Assist with the implementation of administrative and operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of the business
  • Provide support to the management team in areas such as project coordination, data analysis, and report preparation
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive the company's growth and success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements
  • Attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and networking events to expand your knowledge and skillset

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in a similar role or internship is preferred, but not essential
