AX Creative is a full-service creative and marketing agency working across branding, design, 3D, content, and digital campaigns. We partner with clients as their embedded creative team, helping them scale with strategy and execution.

We're looking for a Remote Marketing Manager who is hands-on, reliable, and detail-focused. This role requires someone who can think strategically but also execute campaigns with precision.

What You'll Do

  • Research, analyse, and build brand positioning and strategy documents.
  • Create and manage EDM campaigns for client projects.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital platforms.
  • Support clients with content planning, campaign reporting, and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with designers and creatives to bring campaigns to life.
  • Be proactive, reliable, and accountable for delivering on deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong marketing and brand strategy background.
  • Experience creating EDMs, client campaigns, and content calendars.
  • High attention to detail and an organised, structured approach to work.
  • Hands-on with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and stay reliable under pressure.
  • Bonus: experience in UI/UX, SEO, or creative design.

The Role

  • Remote (flexible location).
  • Casual / Part-Time to start (with potential to grow into full-time).
  • Salary + performance incentives.
  • Work across industries including property, lifestyle, consumer brands, and more.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php500.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
