As a Documentation Writer, you'll be the go-to expert for crafting high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Aids, and Process Guides that make a real difference. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and transform technical workflows into easy-to-follow instructions that help people succeed every day.


What You'll Do

  • Create Impactful Content: Develop and update SOPs, process documents, and job aids that simplify complex workflows.
  • Design for Clarity: Turn technical processes into clear, concise, and visually engaging materials, including process maps and training assets.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with SMEs, trainers, and process owners to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Maintain Excellence: Review and edit documents for consistency, readability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Your Toolkit

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to simplify technical content for end-user clarity.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools like Confluence or SharePoint.
  • Great communication and probing skills to extract knowledge from SMEs.
  • At least 1 year of experience developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures, process documents, and job aids that simplify complex workflows.
