Roving Merchandiser

About the role

TAPA KING INC' is seeking an experienced Roving Merchandiser to join our growing team in Bulacan, Central Luzon. As a Roving Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are effectively displayed and merchandised across multiple retail locations to drive sales and enhance our brand presence. What you'll be doing

1. Visiting assigned retail outlets on a regular basis to check on product availability, pricing, and merchandising compliance
2. Ensuring our products are prominently displayed, attractively presented, and fully stocked
3. Identifying and addressing any issues with product placement, signage, or competitor activity
4. Collaborating with store management to optimise product positioning and visibility
5. Communicating merchandising insights and recommendations to the head office team
6. Maintaining detailed records of store visits and merchandising activities
7. Supporting promotional campaigns and special product launches as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or Retail Specialist in the consumer products industry
2. Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with store personnel
4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to achieve targets
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with data management tools
6. A customer-centric mindset and a keen interest in the retail industry
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate store visit schedules
8. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
