Are you a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Home-Based Sales Support Coordinator to join our DCX team and support our U.S.-based client in the promotions industry. In this role, you will assist with proposals, order processing, customer communication, inventory coordination, and sales administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner: Comfortable using various software programs, learning new tools, and navigating a digital workflow.

• Team-Oriented & Adaptable: Works well with internal teams, responds quickly to changes, and collaborates effectively.|
   

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Create Proposals/Quotes/Opportunities

• Locating Tracking Numbers for samples

• Checking Inventory

• Getting Shipping Estimates

• Order Entry

• Requesting Virtual

• Storing files and Artwork

• Communicating with the internal team to check on order status should a client ask

• Sending Proofs to Clients

• Sending Artwork to our Art team to prepare proofs

• Sending Proofs to Clients

• Creating Presentations in Canva/marketing boards/ PowerPoint as needed

• Providing general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors

• Providing executive assistant support as needed

• Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound emails

• Ad hoc duties as assigned
   

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. 

• Experience: 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience. 

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. 

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 

  • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.) 

  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters. 

  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred. 

  • Proven ability to provide outstanding client service. 

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 27,500 (candidates with non-promotional product industry experience) and PHP 30,000 (candidates with promotional product industry experience)

• Industry: Promotional

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
