What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with potential customers over the phone, email and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to recommend the best products and services to meet customer requirements
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Generating new sales through inbound inquiries and cross-selling/upselling to existing customers
  • Accurately logging all customer interactions and maintaining up-to-date sales records
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A driven, resilient and adaptable mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using sales automation and CRM tools to manage the full sales cycle
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and identifying solutions to meet customer needs
