Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Guarantee the accuracy of financial statements and reports in line with PFRS.
  • Supervise GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end closings.
  • Prepare and review audit schedules and regulatory reports.
  • Monitor PEZA/BOI incentive compliance and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Lead the accounting team and manage administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or auditing, ideally from public or external audit firms.
  • Background in PEZA and/or BOI-registered entities is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting systems.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.
