As Accounts at our Experiential Marketing and Design Agency, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing client accounts. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise in experiential marketing and design will enable you to lead a team of account managers and drive successful campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop strategic marketing plans that align with their business objectives. Lead brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for experiential marketing campaigns and design projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and design projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of account managers and provide guidance, mentorship, and support. Set clear goals and expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and participate in business development activities, including pitching to prospective clients. Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor account profitability and ensure projects are delivered within budget. Collaborate with the finance team to accurately forecast revenue and manage client contracts and billing.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, partners, and vendors to enhance the agency's network and capabilities. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and build brand awareness.
