Job description:

  1. Assist customers to their concern.

  2. Greet customer upon their arrival.

  3. Offer drinks, such us water or coffee to make the customer comfortable.

  4. Give advise on Insurance claims and guide the customer to the whole process of BP Repair.

  5. Prepare estimates and advance payment for the participation fee, to ensure that customer will bring back his vehicle for repair. After the estimate is done.

  6. Help increase significant revenue for the aftersales team.

  7. Give ideas in BP Promotions if necessary.

  8. Assist in Mechanical and PMS receiving if necessary (Worst Case Scenario)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
