As our name suggests, we're on a journey from fitness to wellness.

We're dedicated to developing a comprehensive wellness ecosystem and supporting our members and customers to become the best version of themselves. We are looking for a highly motivated sales expert to join our team Membership Consultants (MC) generate membership sales for the fitness club through different sourcing channels, excellent sales pitches, and fostering good relationships with these members to maintain future sales.

Apart from the base salary, a successful MC enjoys a number of commission schemes and an opportunity for career progression. Responsibilities:Achieve the designated minimum performance criteria based on 20% SOB in membership sales. Maintain the number of quality appointments per day.

Conduct complete presentations to potential members. Ensure updated product knowledge including all the benefits, facilities, and services offered by your club. Launch the Company's bespoke Fitness products.

Understand membership fees and features, including the updated price lists of the club. Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in the fitness industry and apply this in the performance of duties assigned. Use the necessary training materials and references in the discharge of duties.

Follow all promotions in place under the guidelines prescribed by the company and its standards of practice. Maintain key relationships with the internal and external work environment of the club, as guided by the Brilliant Basics. Comply with all administrative procedures as mandated.

Communicate all rules and regulations of the club to members/potential members. Maintain all daily, weekly, and monthly reports in accordance with your superior's requirements. Liaise effectively with other departments and business units by providing services needed.
