Operations Supervisor

Job Description:
The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of Key Performance Indicators. Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Ensures that the team delivers on all KPIs through coaching activities, mentoring, QA performance management, and leading KPI projects.
Supervises and coaches team leaders and Supervisors individually on a weekly basis. Helps in determining performance gaps and addresses front-liner issues.
Conducts operational needs assessment from a skill and behavioral perspective. Creates reports and long-term plans and projects to improve performance of team leaders and supervisors.
Payroll management. Assists HR in administering payroll and employee benefits functions related to the accuracy of pay and other benefits-related concerns.
Manages and maintains project plans set out to improve the company's services.
Oversees the management of the shared services team. Helps with process and system audits; managing process improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.
HR Functions. Manages the human resource objectives of the team by assisting in the recruitment, counseling, compensation reviews, appraisal, performance evaluation, and the disciplining and firing of employees
Resource Planning. Helps in the administration of scheduling systems. Performs performance duties including but not limited to understaffing and refereeing disputes.
Assists the Company in reaching goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability and industry penetration, among other areas
