The Site Driver plays a key role in providing safe, courteous, and efficient transportation of clients, staff, and materials around the site. This position supports the sales process by ensuring clients can easily transported throughout the resort, enhancing their overall experience. The driver is also responsible for the routine maintenance, cleanliness and care of the company vehicles and assisting with site logistics as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Transport & Assistance

  • Safely operate golf carts or company vehicles to transport clients, visitors, and staffs in Discovery Samal and Residenza.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients during tours, answering basic inquiries or directing them to the Site Admin or Sales Team.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of clients according to scheduled appointments and site activities. Record daily trips and charging time to monitor equipment health

2. Golf Cart Maintenance & Safety

  • Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of golf carts (check tires, battery, brakes, lights) to always ensure safe operating conditions.
  • Keep golf carts clean, fully charged, and in good working condition. Perform basic maintenance procedures (bolt tightening, cleaning of battery terminals, etc.) and report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the Site Admin.
  • Follow all safety protocols and site regulations during operations (both in Residenza and Discovery Samal).

3. Site Support

  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials or equipment as needed.
  • Support the Site Admin in general site upkeep and logistics, including moving documents, signage, or supplies using the golf carts or any company vehicles.
  • Help manage parking and traffic flow within the site to ensure safety and accessibility.
  • Any other task that the company or direct superior may assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid and updated driver's license.
  • Previous experience driving golf carts or similar small vehicles preferred.
  • Excellent attention to safety and operational guidelines.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance checks.
  • Ability to lift and carry bags and other necessary items.
  • Familiarity with the real estate environment or client service.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for minor golf cart troubleshooting.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility depending on site activity)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php14,500.00 per month
