We are looking for a technically skilled freelancer to
set up professional business emails using Zoho Mail
for our travel and tours brand,
Bestscape Travel
.

You will be responsible for connecting our domain , hosted on Namecheap) with Zoho Mail, verifying all DNS records, and ensuring the email service runs smoothly for sending and receiving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Zoho Mail for domain-based email (e.g. )
  • Add and verify
    TXT, MX, and SPF/DKIM
    records in Namecheap
  • Ensure proper
    email deliverability and spam protection
  • Test and confirm email is working both ways (send/receive)
  • Provide a short guide on how to add more users or aliases later


Requirements:

  • Proven experience setting up Zoho Mail or similar platforms (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.)
  • Familiar with Namecheap DNS settings
  • Attention to detail and able to complete setup efficiently
  • Able to communicate clearly in English


Compensation:

  • One-time project
    : $10 USD (fixed price)
  • Timeline
    : Must be completed within 1 day
